Intrapreneurship, the independent variable dimensions was proactiveness and risk taking, while the organisational responsiveness was measured with adaptive capacity and alertness. The cross-sectional survey was used in this study. The population covered 239 managers and supervisors of manufacturing firms in Bayelsa State. A sample of 148 respondents was determined using the Krejcie and Morgan table and the simple random sampling technique was used. The primary data was obtained using a well-structured questionnaire. Face and content validity were used to determine the validity of the instrument and the reliability was determined using Cronbach&#8217;s alpha. Cronbach&#8217;s Alpha reliability level of 0.7 was used in the investigation. Values above 0.7 are considered reliable. Spearman&#8217;s rank correlation was used for the analysis. The findings reveal a correlation between the dimension of intrapreneurship and organisational responsiveness.
