The specific objectives were to: assess the effect of age distribution in the workplace on organizational growth; determine the impact of gender on employees\u2019 workplace experience and organizational growth; ascertain the effect of educational qualifications on organizational growth; and examine the effect of ethnicity on organizational growth. A descriptive survey design was adopted for the study. The sample size consisted of forty-six (46) staff members of Jendol Superstores, Lagos. The simple random sampling technique was used to select the respondents. Copies of questionnaire were administered as the primary instrument for data collection and were validated by experts to ensure clarity and relevance. The data collected were presented, analyzed, and discussed using simple percentages and frequency counts, while Pearson\u2019s Product Moment Correlation was used to test the hypotheses. The findings revealed that age distribution of employees has a significant effect on organisational growth in Lagos; gender significantly influences employees\u2019 workplace experience and organizational growth; employees\u2019 educational qualifications significantly affect organisational growth; while ethnic diversity in the workplace has no significant effect on organisational growth.
